2. Money-back guarantee
We offer a money-back guarantee as long as payment has not yet been received. This means that you can cancel the purchase at any time up until the time of confirmed receipt of payment. In this case, the refund will be made without deductions.
Once payment has been received and we have started creating the turnkey online shop, refunds are excluded.
3. Digital products
Since our turnkey online shops and services are digital products that are individually adapted to the buyer's wishes, there is no right of return after payment has been received. The purchase contract is considered to have been fully fulfilled upon handing over the access data to the online shop.

5. Exceptions
If there is a delay in delivery of the access data and the deadline of 7-10 days after receipt of payment is exceeded, we will offer the buyer a voucher for the next purchase as a gesture of goodwill.
