1. Scope
This policy applies to all digital products sold through our website www.fertigshop.ch. Digital products include in particular turnkey online shops and the associated services, such as the provision of access data and online courses.
2. Nature of digital products
Our digital products are individual solutions that are specifically adapted to the buyer's specifications. These include turnkey online shops that are created and made available to the buyer after purchase and receipt of payment. Due to the nature of these products, they are excluded from physical shipping and are transmitted exclusively digitally.
3. Purchase and delivery
Once payment has been received, the creation of the turnkey online shop begins. Within 3-4 working days, the buyer receives the access data for their online shop as well as a checklist and an online course for further support. In rare cases, delivery can be delayed by up to 7-10 days. In this case, the buyer receives a voucher for the next purchase as compensation.
4. No right of withdrawal
Since our digital products are created individually for the buyer and adapted to their wishes, there is no right of cancellation after receipt of payment. The purchase contract is deemed to have been fulfilled when we begin creating the online shop and provide the access data.
5. Buyer's responsibility
The buyer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information for the creation of his online shop. Errors or delays due to inaccurate information provided by the buyer do not entitle to a refund or to the assertion of a cancellation.
6. Liability
Shoparena24 KlG assumes no liability for any errors that occur after the turnkey online shop has been handed over or for losses resulting from the operation of the shop. The buyer is solely responsible for the success of his online shop and for the legal admissibility of the products sold through the shop.
